EB-5 visas enable non-U.S. nationals to immigrate to America after making a qualifying investment in a U.S. business. Those granted an EB-5 visa get a “green card”, which allows them to eventually live and work in America permanently. An economic study has been conducted by Baker Tilly International, LLC that projects the 25 Park Row development to create more than 2.5X what is required to fulfill the job creation quota for all investors
In May of 2017, Park Row's I-924 exemplar was approved. Construction began in April 2017 and is more than 25% complete.
